<p>The need for exercise has become more than evident,<br />
with the rising obesity and health problems all over the world.<br />
However, the good thing is that with a little consistent exercise, you<br />
can easily keep your health in check. Aerobic exercises are usually the<br />
best choice to keep healthy and keep fit at the same time. But<br />
exercising in the comfort of your home can require lot of investment on<br />
your part with buying treadmills and elliptical machines. A cheaper and<br />
far more enjoyable solution is using an exercise trampoline.</p>
<p>We<br />
have all seen trampolines in aerobic competitions and in circuses<br />
before. However, the ones that you can buy for your home are much<br />
smaller than their counterparts. When you jump on a home trampoline,<br />
you will feel a period of weightlessness or reduced gravity when you<br />
fall back down. This period of weightlessness will help you to orient<br />
your circulatory system, as well as your lymphatic system, so that you<br />
will feel rejuvenated and healthy.</p>

your body due to the periods of high and low gravity experienced. This<br />

But you are too tired from a long day at work, or you just don&#8217;t have enough time in the day to fit a work out in your schedule. Blah, Blah, excuses are so easy to make up when it affords you to be lazy!  Well he is the kicker! You can not Afford to be lazy! Your health depends on it.</strong></p>
<p><strong>How many times have you started a exercise program only to give it up after a couple of weeks?</strong> I know because I have been there before.  Here are some tips to get you in the gym and keep you there.</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Get a work out partner!</strong>- Having a workout partner is great but you need someone who is your motivation when you are not in a work out mood and vice versa.  Keep someone around that you know will hold you accountable.  Your workout buddy will benefit and so will you.</li>
<li><strong>Do something different-</strong> Try new workout routines that keeps your body guessing.  Sticking to the same routine is not only boring but also the quickest way to work yourself back into your couch eating chips and watching television.  Take a free class or sign up for weight training. Whatever it may be, just get into the act of doing new things to stay in shape. Yoga, Pilates, surfing, and Tai Bo are all great workouts that you might not have done before.  Plan ahead and make your schedule now.  If you already have a membership to a gym facility these classes are normally included in the membership fees.</li>
<li><strong>Make some Goals &#8211; </strong>Making a goal and working toward it is one of the easiest ways to get more motivated about your health and workout routines.  Because you know exactly what the end goal is, and you can track your gains or benchmarks.  The reality is that if you stick to your routine for 6 months you will see results and thus be motivated to start making new goals..</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I got my <a href="http://claimyourdiabetes.com/2008/01/27/claim-your-free-one-touch/">Free One touch glucose meter</a> today!  Just thought I would let you know that it takes about two weeks to make it to your house but it definitely is well worth the wait.</p>
<p>I had an old beat up meter that was begging to be retired to a box on my closet floor.  My new meter has so many new features that are better than the older version.  One of my favorites are the comment and flagging option. This allows you to comment or flag a certain blood sugar level to remind yourself what you did that day to make your glucose level go up or down.</p>
<p>Also the download feature is pretty awesome as well.  This feature allows you to download your sugar readings to a form online that helps you track your monitored sugar levels.  It can also be printing in a spreadsheet table so that you can give it to your doctor when you go for your next visit.</p>

My answer is obsess, and then obsess some more. It takes a special person to maintain his or her diabetes. I have mention before that such a condition is far to unpredictable to get it perfect every single day! SO Okay you won&#8217;t get it right all the time and you might not even get it right at all. But that is exactly why I am writing this blog. I love learning something new everyday, and I would like to know that I can help somebody get more information through this blog that will in turn help them out some day in the near future.</p>
<p>In order to take control of your diabetes. You must make it an obsession. But not a obsession in a non healthy way. This will be an obsession of the positive and constructive manner. You must strive and obsess about new techniques or maybe even old techniques that can help you better manage you blood sugar.</p>
<p><strong>Tips to Keep Your Obsession Focused</strong></p>
<p><strong>First</strong> &#8211;  Make your self knowledgeable about everything that is &#8220;Diabetic&#8221;. Since this condition is something that you are going to have to live with for quite some time, why not learn all that you can learn about it. Make it a point to want to hear about new treatments,diets,technology,and testimonials. Because it will only help you in the long run.</p>
<p><strong> Second</strong> &#8211; Whether you are a newly diagnosed diabetic or a veteran, you should surround yourself with good influences and positive members in you circle. One of my mistakes that I made when I was first diagnosed was not telling everybody that I was diabetic.<br />
This was probably one of the worst things that I could have done because I was cheating myself of all the knowledge that others could have shared with me through their experiences.Do not be ashamed of your condition! Let everybody know what you are going through and that you are open to any kind of positive feedback. Just by telling more people about my condition, I have learned lots of new pointers of what has worked for their family members or themselves.</p>
<p><strong>Third</strong> &#8211; Everybody is entitled to a bad week. Don&#8217;t get down on yourself just because you had a bad week! Any number of factors could have led to your sugar level sky rocketing of the charts. You might have a job that is demanding and stressful that does not allow you to be human at times. You might not have known that something that you ate had as much sugar in it than you expected. Any situation would be plausible here. But the underlining issue is that you can learn from all these experiences and move on to a better week.</p>
